









When will the 2022 holiday season kickoff?
We are still finalizing our 2022 special event dates, but we do know the regular season will start on November 19 and end December 31st.
Can I leave the rink & come back without having to pay again?
Skate sessions are limited to 1 hour. Once you turn your skates back in your skate session is complete. Please do not leave the rink area with your skates.
How long can I skate?
Each ticket is good for a
1-hour skate session.
What type of clothing should I wear?
Ice skating is an outdoor activity. We advise guests to dress warmly and for the weather. You must also wear socks if you plan to skate.
What if it rains?
We remain open in light to moderate rain but may close in heavy and sustained rain at the discretion of Ice Rink management. No refunds or rain checks will be issued for tickets purchased.
Our new outdoor canopy helps mitigate most rain conditions.
Am I required to wear socks?
Yes, socks are required to rent skates. A limited inventory of socks are available for sale at Santa's Workshop.
Where do I pick up my ice skates?
You can pick up your ice skates at the NEW skate shop!

Can I bring my own skates to the rink?
Of course! You may bring your own skates but you will still have to purchase a skate session ticket to enter the rink.
What are your largest & smallest skate sizes?
The smallest skate size is children's 8 and the largest adult size is Men's 15.
What do I do with my personal belongings?
Experience Columbia does not provide storage for personal belongings. Please plan for any needs.
Where is the ice skating rink located?
Are hockey skates available?
No, all of our skates are figure skates, and all skates are in men's sizing.
Are food & beverages available at the rink?
Yes! Plenty hot/cold beverages, entrees, and desserts are available for purchase at Frosty's Skate Shop and Experience Columbia booths.
How much does it cost to skate?
The ticket price for general admission is $17 (ages 3+).
This includes skate rentals.
What are the acceptable forms of payment?
Experience Columbia accepts debit cards, credit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, and cash. It is highly recommended to purchase your tickets online to speed up your line experience.
Where can I park?
Parking lots can be found next to the Citizens Bank downtown, at the intersection of 2nd St & Mary St, & between Church St and Columbia Police Department.

Can I reserve a skate sled / skate helper?
No, our skate helpers/scooters are available on a first come, first serve basis for $3 a session.
